The service
Opinion Wing provides evidence-backed summaries of supported public review sources. Reports are decision support, not a guarantee that every public review is available or that a suggested action will produce a particular outcome.
Source availability
Public sources may change, limit or block access. We may pause a source or report when collection, identity or evidence quality is uncertain. We will describe meaningful coverage gaps rather than presenting unavailable data as zero activity.
Customer responsibilities
Customers remain responsible for operational decisions, employment matters, responses to reviewers and compliance within their café. Serious allegations should be verified privately before action.
Pilot pricing and cancellation
Pilot and founding prices are confirmed in writing before service begins. Core is cancel-anytime during the founder-led pilot. Operator requests receive a separate scope and price before work begins.
Before launch
These draft terms are a product placeholder and are not yet the final customer contract. Final company details, liability terms, governing law and processor terms require legal review before a paying pilot.
