What we collect
When you request a snapshot, we collect the details you submit so we can assess the café and respond. For customers, we retain account, recipient, report, feedback and delivery records needed to provide the service.
Public review information
Opinion Wing analyses publicly available café reviews and listing signals. We preserve source attribution and bounded evidence needed to support a report. We do not use reviewer identities for prospecting, profiling or face recognition.
How we use information
We use information to prepare and deliver requested reports, operate customer accounts, improve report quality, respond to enquiries, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
Account closure removes access immediately and starts a minimum 90-day database-controlled retention period before eligible customer data is purged. Some operational, legal or public-source records may follow separate documented retention periods.
